At Our Business Park and in commercial sites around the city we offer a range of office accommodation and industrial warehousing from 200sq ft to 5000 sq ft.
Light Industrial Units
Light Industrial Units come with phase 3 electric, roller shutter doors to the warehouse, office space, secure yards and ample parking, and can be fitted out to your own specification by our in-house team.
Something Smaller
If you require something smaller in the way of office space this can be catered for on site at our Business Park, at Harraby Green. The Park provides a range of accommodation such as a single office, industrial warehousing space and conference centre for up to 50 people; all within a pleasant landscaped environment with ample free parking.
The Capital Building
The Capital Building, in Carlisle, provides spacious, light, well-designed office space, with views overlooking the Lakeland Fells and Cumbrian Pennines (when you have time to look up from your hectic schedule). Each office suite can have its own conference rooms, with tearoom facilities attached. Ample parking is provided in the grounds of The Capital Building.
